In-person TSM-training ‘Making friends with defenses’ in Sibiu in Romania.
This workshop teaches you to support people who have had to use the survival skills of fight, fight or freeze to cope with trauma and violence. You will learn to help them develop more adaptive support systems. Survival, addiction and eating disorders as defenses against untreated trauma can be contained to prevent relapse and promote post-traumatic growth. And you will learn the Manager of Defenses TSM Action Intervention for use in group and individual therapy.
