PLAYING is itself a therapy. It is in playing and only in playing that the individual child or adult is able to be CREATIVE and to use the whole personality, and it is only in being creative that the individual discovers the self. (Winnicott).

CREATIVITY is intelligence having fun. (Albert Einstein).

PLAY is where children learn to get along with peers and see from others’ points of view, practice empathy and get over narcissism. Play is by definition creative and innovative. (Peter Gray).
