Deze psychodrama-workshop is voor iedereen die kennis wil maken met de actieve, interactieve, creatieve technieken uit Psychodrama. Op deze middag kun je op een speelse wijze ervaring opdoen met enkele psychodramatechnieken en werkvormen. Ervaar de kracht ervan en laat je enthousiast maken om psychodrama te gaan gebruiken in je werk !

C: The best part of participating in this workshop was the possibility of having a direct and intense experience with what psychodrama implies. Being able to directly perform various psychodrama techniques was very enriching, on a profesional and personal level. I recommend anyone who might be interested, and specially to those who are skeptical, to participate in this pleasant workshop.
M: After the workshop I have found that the most impressive thing was the fact that one learns from experience and that to me is the power of Psychodrama! We know that we all differ in the way we accumulate knowledge, but action definitely evolves emotions, cognitions and facilitates the processing of traumas! In my case – creating a positive experience for a future challenging event was very strong and positive as now I have a great and definite memory to hold on, rather than just a scenario in my head!
